TY . I use o-rings on the piston and an X-ring for rod seal/wiper . On these I put a o-ring behind the X-ring for the rod seal/wiper . seams to work well so far .

thats OK . It took me a couple hrs to figure out how to stuff everything under that hood , not pulling apart till after next weekend :eek: . Then I'll do some digging see what I can find local ;)...

I don't, I just force myself to take some time . A lot of these where started a year or 2 ago . I just resolved to start finishing 1-3 at a time before starting any new 1's this year :rolleyes:

Match your primer . Does cat have some ? I have used the bondo brand primer in a pinch with the cat paint with good results . I've had that happen 1 time on a real truck , crap base paint reacted...

How wide are those axles from flange to flange ? Does the brushless motor reduce length on the whole gearmotor ? I'm thinking going that route on the pans to gain much needed space on the pans ....
