cheap, small, just the right truck to experiment with. the cab is an "club of 4" cab. designed by 4 truckbuilders used by many. Daf used it in 2 versions I'm building the first one.

Cardboard works so much easier than plastic. Just bending without heating it

the resin is a 1 component. the setting time is a few ours in the "cold and dark" and about half an our on a warm sunny day. I usually apply it last thing in the evening. and next morning it's set....

I'll try to anser al those quesions. The first idea to build like this was an accident. I was casting a cab with resin in a silicone mold. And some of it dropped onto some peaces of cardboard....

yes the cardboard is saturated with resin. actually PU-lacker. it works just fine om the rounder cab models. and don't forget to saturate from the outside and the inside. or it will be curvey. ...
