I am using a 55T motor with a 9t pinion coupled to a r2 tranny. The only space i had was for a 1250mAh 11.1 lipo. I need to take it apart and change the rear diff out to the new diff i bought. ...

No, a lot of work to cut them out, so i use bearing in the bottom of the road wheels, works well, because the road wheels are recess just enough that the bearings stick out slightly from the bottom.

I used the 100:1, they are a lil faster and still have good torque. i also cut out more of the frame and removed the "stops" to give more radius
