Re: rc4wd 870k loader

Been my experience that if it's coming from China (eagle/rc4wd) it'll take 3-4 weeks.

Re: Servonaut Clone sound setup help

Not real familiar with the servonaut sound stuff, but perhaps they cloned it enough that you could look on servonaut's site for reference?

Re: rc4wd 870k loader

I believe if you use Western Union at certain locations you can use your cc to send the money. Would this then be protected by your cc or as soon as WU gets the funds its just in their world? I...

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

Parts are on their way with a tracking number. Tang is very good at working with you to get any problems solved. Just have your camera ready as they like pics to go along with busted or missing...

Re: needle tank vent, open or closed during operation?

Yes it is from the top. I've been looking around to find a nitro fuel cell to replace the stock tank, main question is how do you have enough wall thickness for your fittings on the plastic fuel...

cat D9/D10 decals

Could of sworn I saw some Cat D9/D10 decals on a site but can't seem to find them again. Possibly looking to put some on the DXR2. Anyone have a direction to look?

Re: needle tank vent, open or closed during operation?

Right on Giants, thx for the heads up. So is it a one way needle valve unless you use the press in ficture if wanted? To me if you have a 1//2 full tank you wouldn't want more air allowed into the...

Re: needle tank vent, open or closed during operation?

Funny you should mention Medic's vid. Thats one that got me thinking about it.
I've never had my cylinders with that much air in them that they wouldn't work at the get go.

needle tank vent, open or closed during operation?

Ok, hope I don't get flamed out of this forum for this one. The 4200xl comes with a needle type vent for the hydro tank. Most of you have probably seen it. The question is should the vent be open...

Re: The EPA strikes again!

Try out plastruct plastic weld. Contains MEK and doesn't evaporate as quickly.

Re: Double ended cylinders? Self centering controls?

eeeks. So a member here has done a demo of the ford trailer assist, wondering if this could be applied to the ram's servo?

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

I've gotten TX mixing done with great help from tracksntreadslou, so lower operation is done with left stick and blade operated with right stick. Now gonna have to wait a bit on gears from Tang...

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

Guess I'm just not going to have good luck with Eagle. 4200 showed up with busted track motor boxes and now so has the dozer. Put it on the shop floor for a test drive and heard a little crunching...

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

Started getting into checking fixtures and screws. The fixture on the fill lead was loose. Also started filling the tank and had oil spill out everywhere from the "relief" hose. Only had about...

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

I did money transfer through western union. Since the closest WU was at my grocery store it had to be done via a debit card with a pin. Couldn't use a credit card. This limited me to $2000 a day...

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

Pleasantly surprised by fedex today with dozer delivery! Try to get the one over on all screws and hydro fittings over the next day or 2 then hope to start digging.

Re: Eagle Mach JD-98/RC4WD DXR2

Lucked out and dozer got out before new years. According to fedex will be here wed. Much better shipping experience so far dealing with Tang at Eagle than rc4wd on this one. 4200 took a month and...
