What about mounting it rigid and just let the servo arm rotate? Have the grapple mounted to the servo arm.

Snochaser-very nice build you have going! Don't know what scale you are building but the model looks kinda big. Could you use a modified (full rotation)micro servo as a rotator and build a round...
