The sl30 is a beast. The ST is the newer version of them. I only run aluminum through them now, but steel was just as smooth. Accurate at high speed and amazingly quiet even when boring.

Similar thoughts as to flyingbeagle, But Matco tools makes a very slim right angle drill attachment that's stout enough for use but not nearly as large as the one above. I have one at home I can snap...

This guy has a good rep from multiple people I've spoken with. They all said he was great to work with and shipping was faster then expected. They are well spoken people and a plus is their English...
