I ran a pavement breaker back in the mid 80's at McConnell air force base in Wichita Ks. We were wrecking out some old parking ramps and runways and beefing them up to accommodate the new B1 bombers....

What scale are you building it in? If in 16 to 1/10 scale that pump should do well. 30 TO 40 ml/m should do all that your going to need. As for the valve I didn't see it in the pics.

I got one just like it in my attic. You might be able to stick a couple small window motors from ebay in it. Try to bead blast the sheet metal, it won't be near as abrasive. Good luck.
