Will the truck drive like normal and just not dump?
Try swapping the esc around dump on the drive
And drive on the dump esc

I use a dx9 with a right dial knob that I use to raise and
Lower the box and a 3 way toggle for the tarp

Unplug the red wire off the dump motor esc then plug the esc into a spare channel on the rx. Then you need to splice the power leads together. My dump trailer set up runs 3 esc this way. 1truck)...

What esc are you using??
You do know you need a second esc to control the
Dump motor
