I know, but PMD's one doesnt say what scale, and I was wondering if anyone used on a 1/14 and thought it looked good? Kinda like you using rollbars for headlights?

Yeah, the single rounds are nice, but the double rounds look "off" to me, IDK, but even then the the doubles arent functioning, which I want, I saw some 1:1 doubles that where 2 different sizes and...

I'd go with the weller wlc100, unless your doing smt leds, but even then you cant beat the price of the wlc100
I think when I got mine sears was the cheapest? it's been years, a quick check on ebay...

I have a weller wlc100 works well for years and $35 cant beat the price, I also have the hakko 936 , that ones is also very good ,if your not doing alot of IC's work go with the weller wlc100

Are you talking about forming the rails or drilling the rails?
Rics are extruded not formed I thought? and price wise and rather not get into it, but I it's not as expensive as you might...

I seen that, and saw the price, no way on their prices, off the top the rccube one uses m2 hold down bolts, rc4wd one uses m3.I'll get the dimensions later .

It's not that large,and even then I dont have the time to do it, I thought about it , about $50 for material 36" of 7075 -I dont care for 6061

I understand that, setup is not that bad, I guess there isnt alot of diy cnc'ers here, even then there no help on finding rails, Just PMD?, and the reviews are mixed with the rails themselves or...

I've begun the process of getting them in from Germany, 282 views and really havent gotten anywhere with this.

I done some milling on my 7x and it's not even close to my LMS mill.
One you work envelope is very limited not to mention your gibs have to be set super tight otherwise your saddle/carriage rocks....

If your doing small work the 7x's "as they are commonly referred to" are dependent on what your gonna work on, small parts the 7x's are hard to beat,it's hard to do small work on a large lathe?
