OH, NO... This is the WORST!!!!
You understand that this means Stetson (ekimjr) is going to be moving in with you for "work-space".
At first it will be to 'borrow' a tool and then to 'just use the work-bench', but then he'll be there ALL THE TIME.
I'm so sorry for you. My condolences.
Man, if only there was another way... I know, HE needs a shop of his own too.
Yeah, that's it. Then you could both share in the excitement of having your own space to work.
