FINALLY got Animal Control to 'advise' some dog owners to control their dogs barking. Hey... I have dogs too but I don't let them stay out all day grazing like cattle, free to bark at EVERYTHING that moves!
A little quiet is in store especially when you're at a difficult stage of that build, right?
