Those would some interesting videos, 1:1's will run in water with special gear. RC takes a lot of special prep to run in the water. All of the electronics would need to be sealed including the motors. you'd have to run sealed bearings and then any metal parts would need to be protected from corrosion, the water will get into everything and cause rust which it takes very little to stop these things from working. The bottom line is its a lot of work and money to chance not screwing something up.
Out of curiosity why would you want/need to run one in the water?
