Mcmaster.com has a bunch of extrusions, not as many as an extrusion manufacturer, but McMaster has pricing on their website, no (or very low) min order amount, and sells to citizens via creditcard.
Much of my RC odds/ends/hardware, and mad-scientist-handyman stuff, comes from there.
