Ok thanks for answering my question..I added 9 LEDs to my cab and pulled power from the reciver but didn't think to check if that was to much for it.. I used a resistor on all leads and it worked great. I will be adding trailer lights soon and did not want to go thru all this trouble to find out I could fry something...

I will look into that switched power
