Default Logistics Center

I have had a plan in my head for a logistics center that can load box and flatbed trailers with my forklift for quite some time now. The other day I had time to put thoughts to CAD and see if it would work. My main feature of this plan is that it packs up, stores and transports easily.

The Plan:


7/3/13

Buy Materials
1/2" cabinet grade plywood


7/4/2013

Make a cut list and cut parts



1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 OK, all fingers are accounted for.

After some glue, nails, and some replanning







Keyway slots cut for dock lights



Then to pack it up

Ramp and landing will go inside the 2 main sections along with the wall that I need to build yet ( I am planning in using corrugated plastic )



Dock sections together



I still need to find some clasps to hold the halves together during storage and transport



I plan on cleaning up some of the sharp edges this weekend and maybe some lights in the docks and ramps.

Let me know your thoughts and any cool ideas you might have.
