That's a good idea using Crawler tires, and filling them with BB's should help out a lot on the 1/2 plastic ones digging power.

I would like a loader that can easily dig a full bucket out of a stockpile of any kind of material. Looks like those $3K+ all metal loaders can do the job…

Haven't seen a vid of any of these 1:14 size loaders loading up a truck or trailer.
Can they reach into the dump body without a ramp?

What's the drivetrain on the all metal Magoms?
540 motor to transmission, to transfer case, to differentials, to planetary wheel hubs?
I can see the driveshaft U joint at the hinge point...

And doesn't Magom's 1/2 plastic conversions use a motor at each wheel, instead of driveshafts? Don't see any driveshaft or U joint at the hinge point...
