I have a few ideas. For boom I'm going to use brass, which means I have to make up a jig of some sort to keep things square. As for the hoist, lift and drag winches i will use gear motors.

But I will have to get my lathe running before I can start working on things like the cable drums, pulleys or the swing ring.
