Yeah that would be tough to justify spending the time in design and 3d printing to cast them. The price is one of those things were its hard to judge till I know how much time is invested, which as all know is hard to guess. The process would be to design in 3d modeling software, print them out on my 3d printer, use that plastic model in a investment cast, burnout, and pour "to put it simply". I would need a stock wheel and tire and even start the design process. I would imagine it would be in the ball park of a couple hundred a piece if I made a few full sets, by the time all is said and done. But I would imagine casting these would be comparable time wise to welding each lug on individually depending on the quantity.
