Everyone, if you have a charger or meter that has the resistance on it. The resistance of a battery normally that is over 12 ohms of resistance per cell can have the chance to burn, but I use two Bat boxes and when I am charging more batteries batteries, which I do very Often I will double up on the bags over each battery, probably not as safe but, better than nothin. When they go off they are hot, really no way to extinguish the flame fast enough, so you just have to wait for them to stop burning then deal with the aftermath.
