Thanks guys. This one has been a challenge but I think it's turning out well.

Mark, yes I think I can add a tarp to yours or at least the mechanism. I'm not into sewing though so I don't know if I will be adding the actual tarp material to any of these. After building this one yesterday I think the tarp mech is going to run in the $150US range.
