Well I am trying to follow Mario's lead with the screener idea. I through this together this afternoon but it needs a lot of adjusting to work properly. I used a 12v motor and TIG welded another shaft to the side of the motor shaft creating a crankshaft...There was a lot of shafting going on...
Anyway this hooks to a connecting rod that attaches to the screen deck. The deck sits on springs and has two different screens. If I can get it working decent, I will build some conveyors to move all three sorts further out. The material I am processing in the video has already been screened down to less than half inch so not much really gets separated out. It really needs some more bracing so that it doesn't hammer around so much! Only the screen should shake right
