It's been a few yrs since it happened to me, but I just sent a nasty PM to the offender & a request to youtube admin... the offender deleted vids before yt admin got to it a few days after. I did get a response from youtube Admin though saying they checked... maybe youtube is getting too big now to be concerned with such things?
