http://acme.com/licensemaker/ i could not make the size i needed so i got this kit The number #3 kit it works pretty good works best if you have a picture program to work with like photo shop or coral draw. also you will need testors decal spray or the ink will run i got a can from hobby lobby.

so far its a lot computer work but i like it done what you see with publisher and decal program and paint program. but i am buying a photo shop program. you can get free programs like that on the internet too.
