the hydraulic guy here at work recomended it for the application but he insisted on a test drive just to make sure it was ok, that was almost two years ago. So I can say the mobil oil works, no leaks from ram seals.
lf you use an oil that is too light it will cause issues and the same if its too heavy.
got a quote for 20 liters yesterday $120.00 , its the smallest container they sell.
should last a long time.
I am using 15 weight motorbike fork oil in mine, it is essentially the same stuff but foams a little easier i believe. But you can pick it up in 1L bottles from any auto shop
