Ok guys!! I was at the machine shop today and I approved the run of grills. He informed me that they should be ready by Thursday!! Here are some pics of the production grill.
Some specs are All aluminum CNC milled
7 bar design
3 mounting holes will be drilled and tapped for 3 MM screws
Will need polished but will polish out easily.
I will leave the sharp front edge for the customer to decide the finish, some may want to radius it and some may not. A little 400 sand paper will accomplish this easily.
