started fixing another weak link today . I kept having issues with my valves sticking open and leaking
The culprit p---- poor tolerances in the valve heads . The leaking was coming from a 6mm ID oring on a 5.8mm OD shaft
So Made new 1's out of brass . 3-4 hours setup and tweaking and 1hr run time tops between the lathe and mill .
