I have never held a MFU in my hands, But it seems to me that it is about the same size. Now if you add in a Beier ESC, then it is larger because the Beier ESC is larger than the Beier Sound Module. Both easily fit behind the seats and in front of the battery compartment in the sleeper section.

That is the only place I think a MFU could have it over the Beier Sound module, as it has the ESC built in. However it is also a negative. If your ESC goes out, with the Beier system you just get a new ESC. If the ESC in the MFU goes out you have to get a whole new MFU
