I still use the same kind of a bench,you can work standing up with out bending down,or sit and have your hands steady. My hands shake crazy, I suffer from tremor syndrome and this kind of set up is indispensable for me.

I agree 100% and Kent you have been to my shop and seen my bench. I hate bending over to work on things. Plus with a higher bench you have good space below for storage.
