Looks like it's coming along well.
Got a pic of the front driveshaft angles? You might be able rotate the trans off center to stretch the front shaft some.
What does your breakover angle look like with the trans that low?
Does the spur gear interfere with the cab? I ran mine spur fwd for a little more clearance.
