Hey Ari i did a bit of research on 3D scanners and was thinking the same as you or maybe a possible purchase of one ..the technology is not quite there for the do it your selfer but very close ..detail and quality have a bit further to go ..There are some companys that do sell 3D cad drawing of complete construction machines..I was looking for the Volvo A40 recenlty but only so far came up with this one
