They accept paypal, but you will have to pay an extra cost of 0.35€ + 1.9% of the total, including shipping (do not ask me how they calculate this
)
They give shipping costs for a certain number of european countries but nothing about north america.....I think if you send an e-mail to Mr Hasenkamp, he may answer you (if not, tell me, and I can try my german........)
By the way, they indicate up to 6 weeks from order to shipping.
I never worked with their cabs, but I have seen them in person during an exhibition and they look good quality. However, as far as I could understand, you will have to make all windows and other accessories by yourself.
