This forum *mostly* doesn't allow direct uploaded images.
You need a ''file host'' somewhere that allows ''remote linking''. Your server, or a 3rd party place that may change their terms on you later and break half of the internet when all the how-to guides for everything die.
Upload your pic to that thing, grab the URL that image is now hosted on.
Come back here, either manually type 'image tags' [img} {/img] around the file name url or use yellow/brown 'sunset' button for a popup to paste url.
Then you'll have something that looks like:
[img}www. Hosting Stuff Place.orgy/WayCoolThing.jpg{/img]
Working UBB image tags use all squared brackets like [ and ] , these examples are broken to maintain visibility
