Wow Freddy it is really looking great you are doing it just the way I thought you would that is why I asked you to built the blade..
Little faster wont hurt but what volts are you running it on remember the tractor is 11.1 not 7.2..That will make it run faster..
Brian I and pretty sure it is a winch motor and gear box..
