Well spent the better part of my toy time making parts to make tools to make parts

First I had to make a cutter for 5/16 tubing die
Then had to turn out a couple 5/16 dies, 3/4", 1" and a 1/2". And this is what I came up with to get those impossible tight bends in tubing (and making them look good).
That's the 3/4" bend. I don't know if I'll need a tighter bend.
