HELP!!!!!!

Imwoundering if any one can help i have fitting the tamiya light kit to my truck and have major problems all the lights work fine if you test then but the you got to drive and the truck will not move if you turn the front wheel the blinkers go mad and the reverse beeper goes off can any please help
