Default how to?

how do you seal the inside of a tank? i got a homemade oil tank for my dump trailer. it has a very very slow leak. if i wipe up the anti freeze that the fuild . a week later the a tiny puddle on the floor. i've check the line and the ram and there dirty but bone dry. and the bottom of the tank has a light coating of fluid
on the bottom. is there a way to layer the inside of the tank with a sealant?
