Default Magom Vs the others

Hello all!
I have been looking into getting a truck primarily for earth moving. I am certainly lower on the budget scale but understand you pay to play in this hobby. I’ve been looking into Magoms line up of 6x6s and 8x8s but haven’t been able to find much about their reliability or what kind of maintenance itll need to go through. I’m also curious about their competitors as well. I am mainly in the hobby right now for play so looks are secondary. Any help is greatly appreciated! This post is certainly meant for a little bit of discussion but if discussion and debate do please feel free to share all of your thoughts, feelings, opinions, whatever you’ve got to say I’d love to hear it. Thanks guys.

Well......
I'm also on the lower end of the budget scale, for now anyway. I plan on playing in the dirt, that's why I do Bruder, and Tonka conversions. This lets me learn the ins and outs then I can decide if I want to spring the big money for some of these toys...
I haven't built Magoms or higher end toys but I would assume they all need some type of routine attention depending on how rough on them you are....
I know they have issues but I would be tempted to try one of the Kong trucks (just me) or even dare I say it a Hunia, cheap to get into but plan on upgrading... a lot..!! lol

Thanks for the reply Jerry! That’s not a bad idea at all, I have built a few bruders myself and have a huina with some of them fancy screw drives. I think for now I’ll stick with conversions but once I get a little bit more $$$$$ things will surely change.

MAGOM has become pretty good over the years. Some of the covertion kits are made for Bruder, which is 1/16 scale, but if that doesn’t bother you, I think you’ll be very happy.
