ok I will be starting to assemble the wrecker booms and all the pulley system next week will start to post then
but just so you guys know this thing is huge I decided on mad force axels, Tamiya three speed, kyosho chain drive transfer case ,steal drive shafts, 1/4 x 1/4 steal frame rails ,aluminum 4 bars ,dual rear wheels ,all steal twin booms, 4 winches on the wrecker deck this is the old school 450 all cables no hydraulics. still then the body going to try for a 50's r 120 corn binder.
but may go to lf 120 freightliner single axel .

Can't wait to see your build. I used to drive a mid 70's 50 series Chevy with a 550 Holmes on it "back in the day."

The 550 I drove had two hand crank boom lifts and two winches. You could pull a pin and split the booms and work straight out each side of the truck if needed. Did some pretty wild recoveries for a smaller truck.
