Tamiya chassis frame rail dimensions?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some dimensions of the Tamiya chassis frame rails. I would like to know the height of the c-channel, and/or the height between the webs, taken from the inside of the rail. Also, if possible, the thickness of the web itself. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Steve! Got a couple blank frame rails coming from PMD, for my Wedico and I was just wondering how they compared to Tamiya frame rails. I don't know if the blanks that Ric sells for the Wedicos are the same that he sells for the Tamiyas too. This way I'll know, when they arrive.

As per rick his rails are from the same place as tamiya just without the black finnish
