Remove the rear part of the fender, and drop the cab down lower, either by cutting the floor out of it and making a new way to mount the cab, or else cut/notch the frame rails below the cab, to allow it to sit lower on the chassis. You could also raise the spring hangers and shackles. Maybe a combination of these things will give you what you are after.

i moved the shackles up a bit and it made a big differance in the look and stance. i'm big on the look and stance of my trucks, and cars . i'll get some pic later tonight
