Strictly constr for me... one money pit is enough... too many hobbies & nothing gets done.
 I've been dreaming about it for a long time Cooper, I'm looking forward to having everything toolwise under one roof, instead travelling between farms to use my hot metal tools... and the space so I can build/rebuild more than one at a time, my short attention span as it is.
