American Crane Boom

Hello everyone, my name is Price, new member to this forum. I enjoy working with metal as well as model cranes (scratch building).

This is my first attempt at building this 92 H boom. It is built from sheet metal and mig welded. It is more like rapid prototyping. Each panel cut with CNC plasma, 12 panels in total. I built this thinking it was going to be in a 1:32 scale but it didn't connect well with my 32 scale crane deck. It could be in the scaling or it could be that an American 11320 boom will not fit an HC230 crane deck. Maybe a little of both.

Note the offset bends at the base (Trying to make it fit)......
