Understand, been using wax and that has lifted a couple times also. Went back to using double sided tape. It's a lot more clean up on table plate and part but haven't had any lifting
 . Glad you brought up the turning forces, I would have never thought of sidewall forces under sharp turns. Really great work your doing!!
