Jim,

Photobucket changed their policy overnight with no prior hint of what was to come. So now instead of being able to link pictures to 3rd party sites (like here) for free they want like $400 a year for that ability. So every person who has posted pictures here from photobucket would have to shell out the cash. I am a member of a whole bunch of forums and they are all suffering the same way.
