Sorry about late response, only way I access the forum I s from my iPhone and it takes forever if at all to open pages.

Smallest end mill I’ve used so far was a 1/16 4flute. Ran good and still have it. Was cutting the details on cutting edge of bucket. Mild steel. I do take the time to adjust run out on small cutters.

As far as the deck pattern. I used a 1/8” 4flute 90 degree chamfer tool. I think I used a trace toolpath with -.025 stock to leave as a cam programming.

And if you are referring the the offset faces as the diamond pattern on the cab that was just a simple contour with stepover of .005 with a 3/16 ballmill.
