HA HA! I spent about 8hrs yesterday fine tuning the program and producing the part and like I said;my endmill was dull and I took lighter .030'' cuts 1.2ipm feed on my pockets. The outside had 435 events. The inside had less because there wasn't as big of a area to machine. I didn't get any pictures of the inside. I sure hope the other three pieces don't take 8hrs each That reminds me, I want to order a new carbide endmill to do the others.
