Hello,

I decided on my first build. This past summer we rented this tracked closed circuit portable horizontal shaft impact crushing plant. I ran it for about 400 hours, It was fed with a 400 Komustu. Its pretty cool rig, you have a remote with you in the hoe that you can turn all on, and track it where ever you want with the remote. It was taking 24" by 24" pieces of concrete and recycle it til it would pass the 1-1/4" screen. Pretty small, compared to the other big plant we use, but still would produce 300 ton an hour.




So there it is. I'm taking the plunge. All you track fabricators, go ahead and chime in, and help me get started. The conveyors, Impactor, and feeder I think I got a pretty good handle on how to go about building and making functional, but I need some help designing the tracks and drive components.
