Hey Jeremy ,welcome aboard!! I agree ,great idea, would be a lot of fun.
There's a big building just guessing around 150 feet or more in lenght, I pass on my way to work everyday that's for lease ,I think to myself ,that would be a great building for our hobby, for a indoor facility,plenty of room to build roads,etc.If I ever hit the lotto ,its ours ,lol  Good luck on your rc construction model search
