No problem getting a winch for the front but the 2 rear winches so close together is going to be a tuff nut to crack. Plus they are suppose to be run off of a PTO which I don't see happening on my version!!

Lynn, I agree the rear winches are probably the hardest part. The other main thing I need to fix is the spacers on the rear wheel because they are so far out the ones I made the tires are not very stable. Will have to see how you do yours.
