Yes I made the rails. Cut from "L" channel and tapered at the front for the landing legs and king pin plate.

I used a solid sheet of aluminum cut it on a shear brake at work. I used thin wall "L" strips for the sides and ends. Tamiya axel,springs,legs,and crossmembers were also used From my stock flat bed kit I had. The deck is solod bass wood. I was going to use strips but the abuse I will put it thru I think this will be better for me. I plan to add lights soon.

It's about 49' to be exact. I plan to make another one but as a spred axel.
